Overview of our return and refund policy
Our 30-day return and refund policy is in effect. We are unable to provide you with a full refund or exchange after 30 days have passed since your purchase.
Your item must be brand new and in the same condition as when you received it in order to be eligible for a return. Additionally, it must be in its original packaging.
There are some products that cannot be returned. Food, flowers, newspapers, magazines, and other perishable items are not returnable. Additionally, we do not accept products that are hazardous, contain flammable liquids or gases, or are intimate or hygienic goods.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item after it has been received and examined. The acceptance or denial of your refund will also be communicated to you by us.
Within a predetermined number of days of receiving your approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be credited to your credit card or original mode of payment.
Missing or delayed refunds
Check your bank account one more time if you haven’t gotten a return yet.
Then get in touch with your credit card provider, because it can take some time for the refund to appear on your account.
Contact your bank next. Before a refund is posted, there is frequently a processing period.
Only defective or damaged items are subject to replacement. Send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to [physical address] if you need to exchange it for the same item.
Gifts: You will receive a gift credit for the amount of your return if the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and shipped to you. You will receive a gift certificate in the mail after the returned item has been received.
We will send the gift giver a refund and let them know about your return if the item wasn’t listed as a gift when it was purchased or the gift donor had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later.

The expense of your own shipping for returning your goods is your responsibility. The cost of shipping is not refundable. The cost of return postage will be subtracted from your refund, if you get one.
The amount of time it may take for your replaced item to arrive will depend on where you reside.
Consider using a trackable shipping service or getting shipment insurance if you are returning more expensive things. Our promise that we’ll get your returned item is not a promise.
