What are Superman 75 and How Do They Work?

Superman 75 is a potent combination of 50mg Viagra (Sildenafil) and 25mg Cialis (Tadalafil) designed to help combat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men via modulating the (PDE5) receptor. It works quickly with the short acting Viagra coming on first while the long acting Cialis maintain the ability to produce a stronger erection for extended periods.  Since Cialis have in pop culture holds the name the “The Weekend Pill” then that would literally mean Superman 75 is quite literally “The Weekend Pill on Steroids”. Erectile dysfunction is extremely common in men, and it is estimated that over 3 million men in Canada over the age of 40 suffer from it.  Both Viagra and Cialis have the ability to produce and maintain erections where blood flow is the issue by relaxing the smooth muscle to the penis; Weak blood flow equals weak erection, therefore, increasing the blood flow will result in a stronger, better quality erection and an increase in the ability to maintain it.  However, if the issue lies in a hormone imbalance, this medication may not remedy the ED issue and an alternate treatment should be considered.

Viagra differs from Cialis mainly by the drug’s active life. Viagra has a half life of approximately 4-6 hours and is much quicker acting than Cialis, which has a half-life of approximately 18 hours.  By combining the two medications, effects will be felt quickly but also last for up to 36 hours.  Additional doses may be required depending on each individuals needs. Both Viagra and Cialis belong to a class of drugs known as PED5 inhibitors, which means they will not produce an erection on their own; Sexual stimulation must still be obtained in order to produce an erection.  PED5 inhibitors do not have an effect on libido.  Sexual arousal must still be achieved in order to obtain an erection.

What is the recommended dosage?

This medication is taken by mouth, with or without food.  Most men find it adequate to take 1 Superman approximately 30 minutes prior to anticipated sexual activity.  The dosage is based on each individual’s medical condition, and any questions or concerns should be directed to a physician. Additional doses may be required depending on each individual’s needs.
