Steps to Reconstitute SEMAGLUTIDE:

Add 2mL of bacteriostatic water to the vial

This gives a concentration of 2.5mg/mL

The recommended starting dose is 0.25mg/week, therefore, filling an insulin syringe to the “10” iU mark will give a dose of 0.25mg semaglutide

Each “10 iU” on an insulin syringe will be equivalent to 0.25mg of semaglutide when 2 mL of bacteriostatic water has been added initially.
